Jennifer Scribner is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Certified GAPSTM Practitioner, and Restorative Wellness Practitioner. She’s the author of the book From Mac & Cheese to Veggies, Please. How to get your kid to eat new foods, end picky eating forever, and stay sane in the process, which is based on her work with hundreds of clients and details how any parent can dramatically change the diet of their pickiest kids.
Jennifer teaches families how to make step-by-step changes to create a non-toxic lifestyle. Her focus includes food choices, non-toxic home products, and mindset and stress management tools, including EFT Tapping.
Her other passions include her husband and two tuxedo cats, Hello Kitty, and taking cooking classes when she travels abroad.
My guest is the first woman on the show that I’ve interviewed who is not a mother herself. After experiencing infertility, she realized that it was her calling to work with parents and children. She has specialized in working with kids on the autism spectrum and with other health challenges like asthma, food allergies, eczema, or serious illnesses.
I’ll be honest, I was a little hesitant about having a non-mom on the show because of the vision I had for exclusively sharing Mom’s stories, but when she and I connected and I learned about her work, I felt so drawn to her authenticity and desire to serve others, among other things . She and I definitely “speak the same language” and I had a blast on this interview
