In this “Rev” episode, I talk about creating space for yourself to protect your energy, your thoughts and your time. Something that I am constantly ‘fine tuning’ in my life. A few things I touch on include: combating negative thoughts about my body, letting go of control, feeling disconnected, being spread too thin, identifying when it’s time to ‘put on the brakes’ and the little ‘non-guilty pleasures’ that help me feel full again.
