In this “Rev” episode, I talk about fitness during pregnancy and the differences between my first pregnancy and my current pregnancy; what I am currently focusing on in the gym and how I’m supporting pregnant and postpartum athletes in the gym. I also talk about the mindset shift that is necessary for training during this time, ie: the “Why? Behind training”. I give a little background about my postpartum return to fitness with my first baby, but stay tuned for another REV episode specific to the postpartum period and return to fitness.
