REV: How to Build Momentum When You Feel Stalled
This is the first “Rev” episode of June. Rev episodes are short, weekly episodes with specific lessons, tips and thoughts to help inspire and fuel you for various components of your life. Today, I will be talking about the lessons I learned during my first trimester of my second pregnancy and how these lessons can be applied to life in general when we feel as though we feel stalled and are lacking momentum to feel productive in whatever it is we are taking on. I give some practical tips on how to move past those feelings of helplessness and overwhelm, and I hope you find them to be helpful!
