In this “Rev”, I talk about setting boundaries and reducing overwhelm by saying ‘no’ more often. I share the important reminder that saying ‘no’ to things that no longer serve you creates space for more of the things you really want to say ‘yes’ to in life. This is something that I am working on myself, as I tend to overbook, overextend, and experience FOMO often. I also am a people-pleaser and until recently would never turn down an opportunity or an invitation and eventually find myself regretting my decision and feeling stretched too thin. I hope today’s reminders are helpful and would love to hear you experiences with saying ‘no’ more in the comments!
