As a trainer currently navigating my second pregnancy, I understand how important access to a strategy-based fitness program is during pregnancy AND the postpartum healing phase.

As a CrossFit Level-1 Trainer and a Certified Pre & Postnatal Coach, I’ve had the pleasure of supporting Moms through their motherhood journey in fitness and in life. I offer a variety of coaching services including group classes, personal training and virtual consults.

Fourth Trimester Fit

Fourth Trimester Fit is a six-week fitness program designed specially for postpartum women. Following child birth, your body needs time to heal, recover, build strength and stamina. Our goal is to help you do this in the safest and most supportive environment possible, this includes considerations for POP (pelvic organ prolapse) and other core dysfunction. These one-hour classes give you the opportunity to focus on YOU and your own health. It will also allow you to connect and socialize with other new moms going through similar experiences.

    I tried the Fourth Trimester Fit class with coach Maria and had an amazing experience. Not only is Maria very knowledgeable about the issues that women face during and after pregnancy, but she is continuously learning more and sharing her knowledge with anyone she can. I told Maria that I had suffered from diastasis recti (separation of the ab muscles) and she made sure to watch my form during workout so that I wouldn’t hurt myself or make things worse. She helped me train my muscles the proper way and I feel much stronger and healthier than I have in a long time. An added bonus was that there truly was a community feel among the women in the class. We even had a couple of outings and I feel like I made some new mom friends! I can’t go without mentioning the childcare. The coaches who stayed with the kids were so awesome! Both my children were happy and well cared for. My oldest loved going with me. I can’t say enough good things about this gym, this program, and the coaches!
